We look forward to providing our guests and our staff with an abundance of safety and a comfortable salon experience.

In order to keep our guests and team members safe during our phase 1 of reopening; our salon operations will look a little bit different.

​

*Text 616-421-4099 when you arrive to the salon. We will let you know when your service provider is ready for you.

​

*We ask all TEAM members and guests to wear a mask. We have masks available at our sanitation station if needed.

​

*All guests will be required to complete our updated terms of service agreement. 

​

*We have touchless hand sanitizers located at each station and throughout the salon. You will be asked to wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival.

​

*Added a temporary $5 safety fee to every guests ticket to cover the new required safety measures. 

​

*We are requiring everyone to have an updated credit card on file.

​

*Guests and children will not be allowed to accompany you to your appointment unless they are also scheduled to receive a service.  Children receiving a service may be accompanied by an adult.

​

*We will be cleaning and sanitizing according to CDC guidelines throughout the day and in between every guest.

​

*We still ask for appointments to be cancelled within 48 hours. With the current demand our time is even more valuable than ever right now.
