Bondi Salon strives to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your hair cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit. We are happy to correct the issue upon consultation, please note a product fee may be involved. Please keep in mind we do not issue a cash refund for services.
All product purchases at Bondi Salon are 100% guaranteed. Unopened retail products may be exchanged or returned, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened retail products may be exchanged for another item or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuity.
To continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we request 24hr notice during business hours for rescheduling and canceling appointments. Should you cancel or reschedule without adequate notice on two or more occasions, a 20% service fee will be charged to your card on file.
A deposit is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or more.
This deposit will be applied to your ticket at check out on the day of your service
In case of repeated no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours, Bondi Salon company reserves the right to require future visits to be paid in full upon booking.
Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards are non refundable, and must be presented at Bondi Salon at the time service is rendered. A misplaced, or stolen gift cards are not refundable, replaceable, nor valid.
Bondi Suites rents to independent stylist who operate their own business outside of Bondi Salon. Bondi Salon is not responsible for the results of their services.
Life can be crazy at times, and we understand that things happen. However, if you are running late please call. If it is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. Please note the cancellation policy may also be applied.
Changing Consultants &
Children Safety Policy
Please feel free to change service providers within the salon at your convenience. This will provide you with a variety of talent and greater flexibility in booking an appointment. We suggest using two or three service providers regularly so that you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service.
Children under 10 are allowed in the salon when they have an appointment. If you are the one receiving services children need to be accompanied by another adult, who is not receiving services. Due to the chemicals we work with and the hot or sharp tools your children's safety is our first priority. Children coming in for a service may be asked to reschedule if the child begins crying or moving their head excessively. This can be traumatizing to the child and dangerous for the stylist.
During their appointment, the child must be accompanied by their parent at all times and be able to sit still to receive their service safely. "
