Service Policy

Bondi Salon strives to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you  are having challenges with your hair cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue upon consult, please note a product fee may be involved.


Cancellation Policy

To continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests,  we request 48hr notice for rescheduling and canceling appointments. Should you cancel or reschedule without adequate notice on two or more occasions, a  $25 per service fee will  be added to each service, and payment is due prior to scheduling a new appointment.


Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards are non refundable, and must be presented at Bondi Salon at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced, or stolen gift cards are not refundable, replaceable, nor valid.


Product Return Policy

Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to currently take returns.

No-Show Policy

First time no show, we will charge the client 50% of the service missed.

Second time no show we will require your appointment to be paid in full in advance.


Changing Consultants

Please feel free to change service providers within the salon at your convenience.  This will provide you with a variety of talent and greater flexibility in booking an appointment.  We suggest using two or three service providers regularly so that you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service-regardless of schedules, emergencies, vacations, illness, or unexpected travel plans.
