Senior Stylist/Team Lead
Kristin is a Master Stylist and Colorist at Bondi Salon known for her expertise in precision cutting, especially short crops and modern bobs. She loves connecting with every guest in her chair and creating styles that enhance their natural beauty. When she’s not in the salon, Kristin enjoys time with her three children, her furry companions, traveling, and spending time in the sunshine.
Keely
Senior Stylist/Team Lead/Mentor
Keely is a Master Stylist and Colorist at Bondi Salon who is passionate about helping guests look and feel thier best. Known for her warm personality and engaging conversation, she creates a relaxed salon experience while delivering beautiful, customized color and hair services.
Barbara
Senior Sylist/Team Lead
Barbara leads the team behind every Bondi service, and she still works behind the chair herself. Guests know her for her warmth and for being a genuinely good listener. She takes the time to understand what you want before she ever picks up a brush.
Barbara brings that same care to the Bondi team. She coaches each Artist to sharpen their craft, grow their book, and reach the goals they've set for their careers. Because she's on the floor every day, she knows each stylist's strengths and specialties firsthand.
She also oversees the systems that keep the salon running smoothly, including scheduling, team standards, hiring, and the daily rhythm of the floor. Through steady leadership and a real investment in people, Barbara keeps Bondi a place where Artists feel supported and every guest feels heard.
Christina
Master Stylist/ Founder
Christina founded Bondi Salon in 2019 with a simple belief: when you take care of the people doing the work, they take exceptional care of every guest. After more than two decades in the beauty industry, she now leads Bondi from behind the scenes, and her focus is on serving the team.
Her role today is to give Bondi’s Artists and managers what they need to grow. That means advanced education, clear systems, coaching, and a culture built on growth, excellence and care. She sees her job as clearing the path so the team can do their best work and build careers they’re proud of.
Day to day, Bondi is led on-site by Barbara.
Courtney
Senior Stylist/Team Lead
Courtney is passionate about helping guests feel confident and beautiful both inside and out. Known for her uplifting personality and laugh that resonates throughout the salon, she brings warmth and positivity to every appointment. Outside of Bondi Salon, Courtney is a proud mom of four who enjoys CrossFit, her faith, and time with her family.
Izzy
Experienced Sylist
Izzy is a Level 3 stylist at Bondi Salon in Holland, Michigan who has been doing hair for two years. She loves creating bold, vivid hair colors and helping guests express their individuality through their style. When she’s not in the salon, Izzy enjoys spending time with animals—especially her dog George—playing video games, and listening to music.
Kelly
Experienced Stylist
Originally from Traverse City, Kelly brings a love for nature and creativity to her work behind the chair. She specializes in alternative cuts, curly hair, dimensional color, and is a master of balayage, creating personalized looks that enhance each guest’s natural beauty and individuality.
Rosie
Experienced Stylist/Mentor
Rosie is passionate about creating beautiful blonding services that enhance each guest’s natural beauty. Guided by her strong faith and love for family, she brings warmth, care, and positivity to every appointment.
Maci
Junior Sylist
Maci is one of the newest stylists at Bondi Salon and is enthusiastic about creating customized blonding services for her guests. As she builds her clientele, she loves helping people feel confident and refreshed with beautiful hair. Outside the salon, Maci enjoys country music and spending time with friends and family.
Mady
Junior Stylist
Mady is a vivacious stylist who loves dimensional color and transformation work. She enhances each client’s natural movement, texture, and individuality while creating a warm, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring their style.

Alana
Experienced Stylist
A NEW member of the Bondi Salon team from Cadillac, Alana focuses on color — highlights, balayage, and corrective work — with an emphasis on healthy, low-maintenance results. She’s continually training in the latest techniques and loves helping guests find a look that fits both their vision and their morning routine. Outside of the salon, Alana helps lead Young Life, teaches Zumba, and enjoys creating acrylic paintings. Book a consultation to get started.

Junior Sylist
Jillian is one of the newest stylists at Bondi Salon and is enthusiastic about creating detailed customized services for her guests, tailored to their own unique style. Outside the salon, Jillian enjoys her animals at home and spending time with friends and family.
